Job Description:
One of our local clients is looking for a Java Developer to join their team. They have several a legacy web applications that are written in Java, .Net, COBOL, and Powerbuilder to name a few. These applications will be rewritten into a Java based ERP. This person will be responsible for new development, maintenance and enhancements of multiple applications. Candidates will interact with IT personnel and business users.
Required:
- 2+ years of Java/J2EE experience required
- Experience working with at least one of the following technologies: SQL Server, Soap calls to a mainframe, rational IDE, Eclipse, JSP, HTML, CSS, Java Script, and JSF.
Nice to have:
- Unix Scripting experience
- 2+ years of Websphere experience
- SQL development experience
