Job Description: Position will involve analyzing, enhancing, installing, testing and modifying enterprise-wide IT applications. Develop requirements, workflow and systems analysis; correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation of program development and analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls. Establish standards for development and maintenance of new and existing products. Complete understanding and wide application of technical principle, theories, and concepts in the field. General knowledge of other related disciplines. Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable and consistent with organization objectives. Ability to work under only general direction. Independently determine and develop approach to solutions. Perform programming tasks as directed using Java, PL/SQL and Oracle.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 5 years minimum experience or Master's degree plus 3 years minimum experience. Applies extensive technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines.
