Your day to day role!
Work on the entire life cycle of a project and have full interaction with clients & vendors (program design; specification development; program logic; flow-charting; testing; debugging; and documentation)

Be challenged to learn new technologies and grow your career

Design and develop moderate and complex program modules.

Lead small or large teams within business units

Code, test and debug simple maintenance programs and small subroutines

Skills that get the job done: (looking for at least 3 of the following)
3-5 years development experience in Java on Linux/UNIX and Windows environment
Experience designing and implementing robust, highly scalable applications using J2EE
Demonstrated experience using Web Services and the ability to apply modern design patterns in building SOA components, and using one or more app servers such as Weblogic and Websphere
Expert knowledge of OO design and debugging
Experience in database design, SQL, stored procedures
Experience in JSP, Servlet, JDBC, Struts/Spring, Tomcat
Proficiency with UNIX/Linux platforms and Eclipse, CVS
