Lightning Talks
Wikipedia:
A Lightning Talk is a short presentation given at a conference or similar forum. Unlike other presentations, lightning talks last only a few minutes and several will usually be delivered in a single period by different speakers.
Come prepared for a session jam packed full of information overload as a line up of great minds in our community present in 5 minute intervals topics ranging from JSF to Google App Engine to a bit of Java History and a little best practices sprinkled in.
DON’T FORGET TO REGISTER!!!
If you can’t make it, you can catch a live stream here.
Chad Gorshing has been a software developer for nine years and is currently a consultant for Valtech. He started his career working at Tinker AFB, and branched out of the DoD business into the private sector four years ago. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Midwest City.

Do not confuse Balsamiq Mockups for anything related to Mockito, JMock or the like. Balsamiq Mockups is a product designed to help you and your team or clients design a wireframe GUI mockup quickly and easily.
Following a short demo of Balsamiq, we will cover the Groovy language. The basics will be assumed as Les Martin presented this in Sept. 2008, and hopefully we will be taken further down the rabbit hole.
Welcome to the new site for the Oklahoma City Java Users Group. There may be some slight hiccups as we continue to tweak and modify the site, so please be patient. Also note that we’ve done our best to make sure we have not lost any data, though the links in the posts for past meetings will be broken indefinitely.
Hopefully, this new site will be easier to navigate and use. If you have any feedback (or interest in helping ; ), please send an email to our mailing lists.
