Sponsorship Information
Sponsoring the Oklahoma City Java Users Group
Each month, the OKCJUG offers its members technical content, networking opportunities, and often a door prize. We rely on our sponsors to fund these offerings.
We currently offer two types of sponsorship. Of course, the steering committee would love to hear ideas about other ways to help!
Meeting Sponsorship: $300
This level of sponsorship covers our costs for one monthly meeting. You will get:
- an opportunity to talk to the group for up to 10 minutes at the meeting
- choice of door prize to give away (up to $50, 2 weeks ahead)
- banner space on http://www.okcjug.org/ for the following month
Annual Recruiting Sponsorship: $1200
We created this sponsorship for local recruiting firms who want to become more directly involved with our community. We offer only three of these sponsorships at any time. Right now, we have two available.
An important aspect of this sponsorship is your company’s relationship with our community. We ask that one person from your company attend our meetings each month. We wil create a profile page on our web site, where you can introduce yourself, post articles, and generally establish an identity so that members of our community know who you are.
Also included in this sponsorship:
- Three meeting sponsorships
- Banner space on http://www.okcjug.org/ for 12 months
- Access to the OKCJUG jobs board, (not yet launched)
How to Sponsor the JUG
Contact any member of the steering committee that you already know. You can always contact Ryan dot Hoegg at gmail.com as well. We accept checks payable to OKCJUG or credit card via Google Checkout.
