Sponsorship Information
Sponsoring the Oklahoma City Java Users Group
Each month, the OKCJUG offers its members technical content, networking opportunities, and often a door prize. We rely on our sponsors to fund these offerings.
We currently offer two levels of sponsorship. Of course, the steering committee would love to hear ideas about other ways to help!
Meeting Sponsorship: $300
This level of sponsorship covers our costs for one monthly meeting. You will get:
- an opportunity to talk to the group for up to 10 minutes at the meeting
- choice of door prize to give away (up to $50, 2 weeks ahead)
- banner space on http://www.okcjug.org/ for the following month
Annual Sponsorship:
Some organizations want to sponsor the JUG for a longer period of time. We have created the Annual Sponsorship for this purpose. An important aspect is your company’s relationship with our community. We ask that one person from your company attend our meetings each month. We will discuss with you other ways that you can participate in our community.
The amount of this sponsorship will be based on your budget and ours.
Included in this sponsorship:
- Two to three meeting sponsorships
- Banner space on http://www.okcjug.org/ for 12 months

Contact any member of the steering committee that you already know. You can always contact Ryan dot Hoegg at gmail.com as well. We accept checks payable to OKCJUG or credit card via Google Checkout.
